Next steps: planning your Opsgenie migration

3 actions you can take to begin your migration

Planning your next steps
Atlassian recently announced the upcoming end of sale, and end of support for Opsgenie. We recognize that this is a significant transition and we want to ensure your team can continue to use Opsgenie's features within the Atlassian platform.
To ensure a smooth transition for your team, here are the next steps we recommend:
1. Review your impacted Opsgenie site(s)
Our records indicate that you're an Opsgenie owner for these sites: ciali.app.opsgenie.com
To keep access to the alerting and on‑call features you rely on in Opsgenie, it's important to migrate your site (or sites) to either Jira Service Management Cloud or Compass by April 5th, 2027.
2. Assess the recommended migration path for your site(s)
Every Opsgenie site has a recommended migration path, tailored specifically for your team's needs. If you're managing multiple sites, you'll find that each one might have a different recommendation.
To see a site's recommended migration path, you can go to Settings > Migrate Opsgenie.
3. Learn about your options – then share your questions on Community
Once you've reviewed the recommended migration path for your site(s), start exploring your migration options. We suggest you create a migration trial account from the Migrate Opsgenie page, which will allow you to preview the migration process, and explore your recommended product (or a different product, if you'd like to compare options).
As you develop your plan, we encourage you to share your questions with us in the Opsgenie Migration group on Atlassian Community. We're here to support you as you chart your path forward.
