New integrations and two changes to how you use Statuspage

Announcing two exciting new integrations and two changes (bulk upload of subscribers and billing) in Statuspage NEW: Statuspage - Jira Service Management Integration You can now connect from Statuspage to Jira Service Management to create and link incidents right in Jira Service Management! Save time by notifying customers and employees of incidents and downtime and resolve quickly by managing them in one place. Learn more in our community post. NEW: Statuspage - Microsoft Teams Integration Subscribers will now be able to receive Statuspage notifications directly in Microsoft Teams! For admins, you can also enable updates of events that occur in Statuspage in a Microsoft Teams channel of your choice. Learn more in our community post. CHANGE: Accept invite when email is uploaded via bulk upload through Manage portal or API On February 1, 2024, Google launched new email protection requirements to reduce spam, one change being relevant to those who send messages in bulk. Before: Previously, users could send report links to emails without recipients opting in to receive emails from the site in Statuspage. Now: You can still upload email IDs in bulk via the Manage portal or API to send report links, but users will need to accept the invite, even if "Skip Confirmation Notification" is on. This change has gone live as of November 24th, 2023. To learn more about importing email subscribers, review our support documentation and read our community post. CHANGE: Aligning billing roles in Statuspage with other Atlassian products Before: Previously, Statuspage made ALL new users to be Billing admins. This meant any user could alter billing details of ANY other Atlassian products associated with your account. Now: We are standardizing billing roles you see across Atlassian to Statuspage.
